Ok people, we are heading towards the end of 2024. I hope it was a great year for you, full of adventure, laughter, work, and fitness ... And if it wasn't, this is the PERFECT time to get things back on track. 

I will do my own "lifestyle re-set" (nutrition, training, goals, finances and faith) every January and September and I realized that we need to offer this for everyone, because we all need the same things. To make sure we are moving in the direction we want to go. 

If we are only a few degrees off course, it will negatively affect the trajectory of our year and health. On the other hand, if we are ON TRACK with a healthy lifestyle we will obtain OPTIMAL fitness and helath. And which option do you want?? Obviously you want to be on track to start the year. 

The KICKSTART challenge is running from Wednesday Jan 1 to Friday Jan 17, 2025. It involves daily accountability from your coach (ME!) to get you on track with your health and fitness goals. This is just over two weeks to get hardcore and establish your new standards for the year. As you build healthy habits your body will respond. Just imaging how you will feel when you are: 

- Getting to bed on time and getting a good nights sleep

- Eating "clean" 

- Saying your prayers (or starting a gratitude practice) 

- Training every day 

I know how you're going to feel... And you know how you are going to feel ... You are going to feel AMAZING!

So How Does This Work?

2) Make two fitness related goals (I am going to stop eating three hours before my bedtime, I will do 30 minutes of physical activity every day) and tell me what they are. 

3) Prepare for greatness. I will send you the info on how to get started
