Coach Frankie Rocha completed the Fitness and Health Promotion program at Conestoga College April 2026. He has over three years of experience in fitness, strength training and athlete development. He holds a group fitness training certification and is completing his personal training certification as well.
Coach Frankie has a passion for soccer which he grew up playing competitively in Cambridge. He now works with many youth athletes on strength development, sports specific skills, and overall athleticism,
