We're excited to introduce personal training services in the new year 2025
This 1:1 personal training program was created for people who need accountability, structure, and RESULTS! For busy professionals who know they need this for their health, but can struggle with the consistency required to see meaningful progress.
What is it?
Two or Three Times per week Personal Training
Workouts are 30 or 45 minutes long, two or three days per week. Full time availability to fit your schedule Monday to Friday. A typical workout would include:
- Warmup
- Core
- Strength
- Calorie Burning/Cardio
