Coach Katherine understands what it takes for youth athletes to progress in their athleticism and young careers. She is a 5th year health science student at the University of Ottawa and a member of the women’s varsity hockey team (the Ottawa Gee-Gees). Prior to playing hockey at the university of Ottawa, she played two years in the PWHL for the Cambridge Rivulettes. Since then, she has been playing at the varsity level for five years and has received the USPORTS Academic All-Canadian honours award each year. This fall Katherine is returning to the University of Ottawa to complete a Masters in Human Kinetics. She is dedicated to working with young athletes and has worked as a hockey skills coach for Next Generation Hockey and was the head technical coach for the Gee-Gees varsity hockey camp 2022. Although hockey is Coach Katherines specialty, her training knowledge and experience can help athletes from all sports, backgrounds and goals.
