
Physiotherapist Alex completed his Doctor of Physical Therapy in Buffalo, NY (class of 2020). Alex has a background in pain science education working primarily with active military (including special forces members) and retired military. He helps his clients reduce pain, build strength and quality of life. He completed an Honours B.Sc. in Psychology, Neuroscience and Behaviour at McMaster University in 2012, with a thesis focused on the mental manipulation on exercise performance.
Alex focuses on orthopaedics, manual therapy, as well as neurological conditions, vertigo and TMD/TMJ dysfunction. He uses techniques including joint mobilization, instrument assisted soft tissue manipulation, cupping, and is working towards a certification in manipulation.
Alex grew up playing competitive volleyball, but now spends his free time paddling, golfing, climbing and cycling. He is a lifelong Raptors and Bluejays fan #wethenorth
