Monthly program with two or three one hour workouts per week for athletes who want to level up their game ($205 or $250/month +HST)
The Focus of the program is:
- STRENGTH
- SPEED
- POWER
- CONDITIONING
For hockey players, football, volleyball, basketball, soccer, and youth athletes
- Baseline testing, goal setting, and performance tracking so we can measure progress and see real results
- Two to three one hour personal training session with Coach Katherine and 1-3 athletes
- Each session will consist of a warmup, mechanics, footwork, strength, and conditioning
- Home skill sessions for training techniques, core work, recovery and stretching, to build the routine and long term success habits
- Ongoing accountability to help athletes stay on track and see progress
- Have the confidence of knowing they completed a 4-12 week training program and will be ready for their future athletic careers/goals
- This program can be modified for both in season and offseason athletes
Coach Katherine understands what it takes for youth athletes to progress in their athleticism and young careers. She is a 5th year health science student at the University of Ottawa and a member of the women's varsity hockey team (the Ottawa Gee-Gees). Prior to playing hockey at the university of Ottawa, she played two years in the PWHL for the Cambridge Rivulettes. Since then, she has been playing at the varsity level for five years and has received the USPORTS Academic All-Canadian honours award each year. This fall Katherine is returning to the University of Ottawa to complete a Masters in Human Kinetics. She is dedicated to working with young athletes and has worked as a hockey skills coach for Next Generation Hockey and was the head technical coach for the Gee-Gees varsity hockey camp 2022. Although hockey is Coach Katherines specialty, her training knowledge and experience can help athletes from all sports, backgrounds and goals.
- First session starts Monday May 29
- Second session starts Tuesday July 3
- Last session starts Monday July 31
- Schedule will be Tuesday/Thursday for twice per week training or Monday/Wednesday/Friday for three times per week training
